Cancel Order
You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@reovo.com. Please include your order number in your message.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
30 Days Return
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Return or Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of product defects covered under our warranty.
As an EU consumer, you also benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, during which you may return any item without giving a reason.
Return or Exchange Process
Step 1. Contact us at info@reovo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Step 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Step 4. Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
Step 5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
For exchanges, please specify the product and variant you would like in your initial return request.
Return or Exchange Shipping Fees
If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item sent, or our error, Reovo will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Reovo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@reovo.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@reovo.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
We will review your claim and offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Products that show damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, installed, or show visible signs of wear
- Items with broken seals or removed protective films (screen protectors)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items returned without prior authorization
