Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.

We ship to the Netherlands and across the European Union.
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (EU)
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (available for selected countries)

Delivery to some remote areas or island territories may take additional time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@reovo.com.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Reovo has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.
Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification and hold your parcel at a local depot for a set period. Please arrange collection within the time specified.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed collection, we will contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@reovo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the outer packaging and the product before submitting your claim.
We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost or damaged in transit, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
